Product Exchange Policy
At Taiwanshoes, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please take a look at our exchange policy below.
- Exchange Period:
- You’re welcome to exchange your shoes within 7 days of purchase. Message us on WhatsApp, we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Condition of Products:
- To ensure a smooth exchange process, please return items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original state. A quick inspection will be done when you return the shoes.
- Discounted Products:
- Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange, even if they have a defect. We recommend giving them a careful look before purchasing.
- Defective Products:
- For regular-priced items, if you find a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase, we’d be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund.
- Our team will kindly check the item to confirm the defect.
Product Booking Policy
When a customer places a deposit to secure the booking of specific products, the following terms apply:
- Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the selected product(s).
- Collection & Payment:
- The customer must collect the reserved product(s) and pay the remaining balance within one (1) month from the date of deposit payment.
- Forfeiture of Deposit:
- If the customer fails to collect and pay the remaining balance within the specified period, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation:
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-collection by the customer.
